Likely causes
- Z distance between support and model too small
- Same material with high bonding
- Over-extrusion
How to fix it
- Increase support Z distance (top) to ~0.2–0.25 mm and interface layers to 2–3.
- Use a soluble support (PVA / HIPS+limonene) or a support interface material.
- Reduce support flow to ~90%.
- Orient the part to minimise supported overhangs.
