Likely causes
- Over-extrusion on top layers
- Top layer count too low
- Nozzle too hot
- Ironing off
- Wet filament
How to fix it
- Reduce top-layer flow slightly and add one or two more top solid layers.
- Enable ironing at ~10–15% flow for a glassy top.
- Lower nozzle temperature 5 °C.
- Dry the filament.
