Likely causes
- High acceleration causing frame vibration
- Loose belts or hardware
- Heavy toolhead
- Input shaping not tuned
How to fix it
- Run input shaping (Klipper) or input shaper calibration (Marlin) — this is the real fix.
- Reduce acceleration until ripples fade.
- Tighten belts and check that the frame screws and eccentric nuts are snug.
- Bolt the printer to a heavy, stable surface; add a paver under the feet.
